“Albenga in tavola…
Gourmet s.a.s.” was born in Western Liguria, in the
province of Savona, with the aim of enhancing the ancient Ligurian recipes and
beyond.
Our products are
distributed bringing with them not only the goodness of the fruits of our land,
but also the commitment and love with which these products are created. We
select the best vegetables and seasonal scents, always at zero km. This is how
our gastronomic proposals are born.
It is precisely from
these vegetables that our Savory Pies, our Quiche and our sauces come to life,
a feast of flavors that we transform every day into unmistakable protagonists
of all our gastronomic proposals.
Subsequently, we decided
to include in the production of our company a particular completely vegetable
sauce based on chickpeas known as HUMMUS.
This sauce comes from the
Middle Eastern tradition and we decided to stick to the original recipe.
